📢 Community Reminder: Crowder School Gym Safety

To all Crowder Parents, Guardians, and Fans:
Please take a moment to review these important facility and conduct policies. Your cooperation helps ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.

1. Service Animal Policy

ONLY trained Service Animals (dogs) required for a disability are permitted inside Crowder School facilities, including the gym.

• 🚫 Not Permitted: Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), comfort animals, and family pets are not allowed.
• ✅ Requirements: Service animals must be housebroken and kept under the handler's control at all times.

2. Student Supervision Policy (Safety First)

For the safety of all students attending events:
Students are NOT permitted to leave the gym or designated event area without being directly supervised by their parent/legal guardian or an authorized adult.
Parents are responsible for supervising their children while attending events.

3. OSSAA Sportsmanship Requirement

The Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association (OSSAA) requires all parents, fans, and spectators to demonstrate appropriate sportsmanship while attending school athletic events.

• Show Respect: Please show respect for all student-athletes, coaches, officials, and other spectators.
• Cheer Positively: Cheer for your team, not against the opponent.
• Unacceptable Behavior: Unruly, demeaning, or aggressive behavior toward participants or officials will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the venue and potential sanctions against the school.
